WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE IS REFERRED TO MHF FOR HELP?
Our call center will do the intake of all referrals made to Matthew’s Hope Foundation. The Call Center acts on the basis of the “CAIR System”, C.A.I.R. standing for Confirm, Assess, Intake, and Refer.
The RST Team Leader will take the client referral to confirm basic information about the client, then will assess the client of the situation and work with our RST to determine the appropriate next step, which may include intervention (if not in treatment), or referral to another level of care (detoxification, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, our outpatient services).
The RST Team Leader will then assist in connecting the client with Matthew’s Hope Services, including the entire RST Team Leader, and IASIS Technology.
